I came to Windhoek from Lusaka on a night bus, watching the dark bush slide past the window, not knowing a single person in the city. That first evening I walked up to the Christuskirche and watched the lights come on below, and I remember thinking: here, I can be exactly who I am. I'm Faith, a Zambian woman of 31.
