Early morning in Muizenberg: the colourful bathing boxes glowing in the first light, surfers paddling out, the smell of salt and coffee drifting along the beachfront. I walk there most days before work, barefoot, letting the sea set the pace. That slow rhythm is what I bring into every massage. I'm Tsitsi, thirty-one, originally from Zambia and living in Cape Town for several years now. I speak English, with a Zambian warmth that I've never lost. My hands have always been my gift.
