Tema sits exactly on the line where the world's time begins, and I have always thought that suits me, because when we are together time seems to stop, or at least to slow to the pace I choose, quietly, without anyone noticing the hours slip away. I am Kiki, a Ghanaian woman of thirty-three living in Tema, and I speak English in a low, unhurried voice that tends to draw people closer. I am five foot five, with long black hair and dark eyes that keep more secrets than they reveal, and I prefer to let you discover me slowly rather than tell you everything at once. I offer a girlfriend experience wrapped in calm: a dinner where we say little but understand much, soft kisses, a long massage by candlelight, perhaps a toy, perhaps some gentle attention to your feet, perhaps a few discreet photographs to remember the evening by.
