I'm Thandiwe, twenty-three, a Zimbabwean woman who loves Harare in all its contradictions, the noisy colour of Mbare market on a Saturday morning, the quiet galleries where I can stand in front of a single stone sculpture for half an hour, the bookshops where I always buy one more novel than I can carry, and I bring that same curiosity to my work as a massage therapist, because to me every body tells a story and I like to listen with my hands before I listen with my ears.
